T-Wolves president insinuates draft lottery is rigged

    I've read that analysis and then re-watched the game and I don't agree with his take on it.

    I watched that game in person and I've probably watched it 10 times since because I was really bothered when people would say, "Well, you just hate the Lakers, so you can't see what really happened." and while that's true, I always liked to think that I was capable of watching a game and putting my feelings about both teams aside.

    Upon multiple viewings of that game, I stand by what I saw that night.

    Was it fixed for the Lakers to win the series? No. Was it fixed to go seven games? I believe so.

    Not only was it the strangest game I've ever seen, it was the strangest press room I've ever seen afterwards. I remember one longtime NBA writer, who I had worked with at a previous paper saying, "I have no idea what to write after watching that."

    I don't expect anyone to take my word for it, but it was completely surreal.
