    Syracuse's 2005 in-house investigation looks like a white wash:

    I'm with YF here.

Imagine if it had been the rape of a woman and he said the same thing.

    Remember Gary Barnett?

But just to be safe they should probably wait until the allegations are proven to be true before they can him.

Unlike the PSU situation there is no grand jury testimony from an eyewitness.

See, I don't think that even matters.

Just saying it is bad enough. And, let's not forget, the accuser was once a ball boy -- not truly an employee, but still a member of the University Community.

And, but throwing his weight behind Fine, and against the accuser, he was poisoning the pool. Now, if you take the accusations seriously, you're going up against maybe the most powerful person in town.

    (bump)

Accuser tells AP and Post-Standard he made it up:

Another bump: Accuser says he really was abused, not even a week after saying he made it all up.

Even if it did happen, the DA can't put this guy on the stand. He'll get destroyed on cross.

Dude apparently started a three-year sentence today in Maine ... for sexually abusing a teen.
