Swine flu 2009

    That is the case with traditional swine flu. But I thought this was supposed to be some new hybrid strain that can be passed human to human, hence all the alarm.

    That's what they're saying on CNN - that this strain can stay alive on keyboards. ATM machines, etc.

    When I was six, it was great excitement that a young Brian Ross came to our dirtbag town of Owosso, Mich., to report on a local resident who died a swine flu-related death. The death was not from the flu itself. He had a heart attack after taking the vaccine.

    HLN says CDC is recommending avoiding travel to Mexico.

    Huatulco. Never heard a thing about it. Did get all the Canuck playoff games though.

    27 students and one teacher at St. Francis Prep in Queens confirmed with swine flu.

    Awesome.

    I think avoiding Mexico was a good idea before swine flu. You know, because of the recent drug wars and all. Bullets will kill you quicker that swine flu.
