    That's a beautiful story. How did they decide who's sperm to use for the IVF? Do they plan on telling the kids who the father is?

    I'll admit I haven't followed this as closely as I once did, but is intermediate scrutiny so rare? Isn't that the current law for gender?

    Legal but biologically impossible unless done with the goods of the opposite sex. Which in such case, wouldn't fit in a traditional argument of marriage being for procreation.

    But wait if I understood Luggy's story correctly she said that the couple found an egg donor which made me assume that the gay couple was male. Why wouldn't that work?
