    Is making a donut or chocolate mousse protected artistic expression?
    Are protections limited to baking or desserts?
    What about a hamburger or quinoa?

    I hope someone dupes one of these cake bigots into making a cake for their gay wedding. Be a perfect plot for someone with a name like Pat or Chris.

    If someone tells him they had sex before marriage then asks him to bake a cake, would he do it? I don't know. Do you?

    Plus, a marriage between a man and a woman who had premarital sex doesn't sanction that act, does it? In fact, it legitimizes any future sex in the eyes of the church, no?

    That's an entirely different scenario as seen from the baker's point of view.
