Supreme Court to consider case that claims only voters are worthy...

    I would be interested in drawing lines based on people who actually vote, but not on people who are legally eligible to vote.

    The former would hopefully encourage participation in voting; the latter further stigmatizes people who aren't eligible to vote.

    This is targeted at immigrants, of course. But it also leaves anyone under the age of 18 without a voice. Quite a statement for the Official Party of Family Values.

    And that party has a 5-4 majority on the Supreme Court.
