I know they're missing a few -- like the Apple 1984 ad -- but it looks like these are comedies.... and maybe just from this year's advertisers

I went for the Mean Joe Greene commercial.

Terry Tate's a ton better, but I like the Tune-out commercial.

Fed Ex Stick was the best of the bunch but the Budweiser Frogs and the Bud Bowl commercials will always stick in my mind as some of the best spots.

    I like the team Clydesdales.

And the one from about five or so years ago, with the guy who loses his underwear:

I seriously think they missed a big opportunity a few years ago. Remember the year with the fighting referees, where they were stealing Miller Lite and Bud Lite from each other? There so should have been a referee showdown at the Super Bowl that year. My mother and I were banking on it and we were quite saddened when it didn't happen.

They missed a ton of good ones, but have to also think that they used ones from people who bought ad time this year... it is promotional tie in and you can't have great Super Bowl commercials without 1984...

No. 6, the cat herders, is my favorite.

Yeah, no Bud Frogs, especially the ones with the lizards? Classics.

I've always been partial to the Monster.com ads with the little kids spouting their career goals.

"When I grow up, I want to work my way up to middle management."

"I want to be a yes man. Yes sir!"

"When I grow up, I wanna be forced into early retirement."

Ten years later, it all looks like gallows humor.

That's not the FedEx commercial I was hoping for.
