I saw one of the Budweiser spots already.

If anyone beats the one I saw, (no spoiler) it will have to be damn good.

    Budweiser wins so far. Easily.

Some previews are here, along with old classics: http://screen.yahoo.com/big-game-ads/

I find it interesting that companies are "leaking" or showing previews of the ads this year. Seems like it would take away from the buzz generated by an ad that airs during the Super Bowl. If on Monday morning, people's reactions are: "Yeah, I already saw that one" instead of talking about how great it was, doesn't it dilute the ad's impact?

No. Just means that this week is Monday. You're still going to talk about the ad. I've seen the Budweiser one shared on Facebook five times since last night, with all the women saying it made them cry.

Doesn't matter what day you see it. Just matters that you did.

Bingo. And if this makes me turn in my mancard, then so be it....but the one I saw did cause the allergies to flare up a touch.

USA Today collects the commercials: http://admeter.usatoday.com/

The Internet gives them significantly more impact than the Super Bowl platform. It's to the point where it would make a lot of sense for companies to stop buying Super Bowl ad space and start doing extravagant ads just for the Web.

A Super Bowl touchdown equals a 9-minute piss break in today's DVR world.

    4-minute timeout + 1-minute kickoff + 4-minute timeout.

My personal favorite was the Dodge Truck Commercial.

    Very well done.

  11. The GoDaddy was prolly my least favorite.

The Budweiser Black Crown and the Beck's Sapphire commercials were the most useless.

I liked a lot of the car commercials, Doritos and the Samsung commercial with Seth Rogen and Saul (the lawyer from Breaking Bad)

It may have been regional, but the best ad was Jack in the Box with the tagline "and that is how I met your mother."
