    I 90% think Cam pulled up because he thought a teammate had a mitt on it and didn't want to risk knocking it away.

    I 9% think he was playing the inevitable fumble football bounce (which happened).

    1% he thought it was incomplete.

    That means I don't think for a moment, in that situation, he was avoiding injury or half-assing it. Why'd he dive in milliseconds later?

    Manning is the first quarterback to win a Super Bowl while throwing for less than 200 yards since Ben Roethlisberger in SB XL (123 yards).
    Tom Brady (SB 36), Trent Dilfer (35) and John Elway (33) also did it, and then you have to go back to Jim Plunkett in SB 18 to find the next one.

    He's also, of course, the first QB to win a Super Bowl with two different teams.
