    Hell, to be honest, I wish they would just throw me out the door and lay me off so I can draw unemployment, so I no longer have to deal with their shit.

    You should be able to draw unemployment if you refuse the transfer. A major job change that would be onerous to a reasonable person allows you to quit and still collect. (I don't remember the exact wording of the standard).

    Well, I have already transferred over... started Wednesday at the job, and calling the state unemployment office was no help, so I'm not sure.
