    One of the lawyers was being interviewed by someone (I forget where the clip was from, I saw it on Anderson Cooper's CNN show) trying to say it wasn't a frivolous lawsuit. It may be technically false advertising, but I have a hard time believing anyone one can prove they were harmed by missing out on half an inch of sandwich. I've got to believe American's haven't gotten so food-crazy that we sue for a half an inch of bread. And I say that as a card-carrying member of the Ned to Lose Weight Club (5'5", 235).
