    I request that you change your thread title. It's only 11 inches. There is no extra 1/2" going on there.

    And they've discontinued the damn Subway points program. Screw those guys. (Wait. I ate half a Subway sandwich about 4 hours ago). Oh well. Still a decent value compared to Jimmy John's, Quizno's, etc. Not nearly as good, but if I'm paying much for food I am not eating a sub anyway.

    The thing about Subway is they make the sandwich EXACTLY the way I want it. I'm looking into their eyes as I tell the "sandwich artist" how much of this or that to add.

    You can't get that anywhere else.

    Take your 1/2" (1") and keep it if I get the exact sandwich I want.
