Study: You can only burn so many calories a day

    Or a muscle mag. Those are usually really reliable, as well.

    You should really worry less about your weight, and more about your BMI. A much better measure of the effects of exercise.

    I almost exclusively measure my waist size. I never step on a scale any more.

    What's the difference? BMI is your weight measured against your height, nothing more.

    More specifically the body fat % test, which is often a component/companion of BMI testing.

    BMI isn't a test. It's a calculation: (weight x 703) / (height squared)

    That's all it is. No measure of body fat.

    I have found that meth really helps when it comes to losing weight.

    I'm no scientist, but I'm pretty sure a pound of fat weighs the same as a pound of muscle.
