Stuck at JFK

arghhh.

Flight was supposed to leave at 8 ET, now scheduled for 12:50 ET.

Fucking thunderstorms.

 

spend the night, then hop an early-morning flight to Cincinnati and hang out with me there for 2-3 hours.

 

I just want to leave NYC. It's been possibly the sweatiest week of my life.

 

Well, THAT will entice someone to come over and hang out with you.

 

The girl of my dreams literally walked out of my life, down a terminal toward her plane, at JFK.

 

It's not that bad if I stay indoors.

That being said, thank god for air conditioning on the subway.

This Seattle lad isn't built for any amount of humidity.

 

Yeah, I think I prefer my current locale (a sunny, 109-degree Phoenix) to the humidity of NYC right now, even with my Seattle breeding.

 

It rains without humidity in Washington? That's an impressive fucking feat Mother Nature pulls off in the Pacific Northwest.

 

It's definitely humid here, just different than it is in places like Texas or the eastern seaboard. I think it is because it only gets up to about 85 degrees during the summer. It is just not as sticky hot here.

 

JFK sucks several shades of donkey dick.

And you aren't leaving at 12:50 am. You'll be lucky to be out of there by sunrise.

 

At least I get to gain three hours heading west.

 

Are you at least in a good terminal, and not that horrid basement looking thing JetBlue flies out of with one bar and some fridges in the wall for "fruit?"
