"See... when Johnny Cash told people about that day 'he shot that that bad bitch down' he was talking about a dog with cancer! Like Old Yeller! And he was talking about the non-drug kind of cocaine! Kinda like the non-alcoholic wine Jesus drank! Completely different thing!"

Yeah, I agree. Why couldn't they take their cues from a swingin' crooner and all-around good guy like Frank Sinatra instead?

My own generation - the Gen-Xers - have become almost as nauseating as the Baby Boomers.
What happened when we were young was important!

We're not as bad as the Boomers, but we're still pretty nauseating.

Was that the one with my avatar and Radio Raheem? That was pretty good.

Agreed. The casting and makeup people did an excellent job. This was also produced by Ice Cube and Eazy E's widow. I thought the story was told well, although I was waiting for more of the story of the East Coast-West Coast rivalry, everything that happened with Tupac, etc.

Why would a movie about NWA go into the East Coast-West Coast feud and Tupac? NWA was long gone before any of that even hinted at happening.

But D-Generation X is way > than Boomers.

Nothing wrong with listening to rap and its messages if you like shitty music.
