Check Bill Simmons latest column linked below. He answers the Nash / Phoenix question well. Best thing Simmons has written in a longgg time.

As much as Simmons' attitude can bug me, the guy knows his NBA. His detailed description of how the new ball is affecting the game is the best - by far - I've seen on the subject. Same goes for his hypothesis of why the NBA instituted the new ball. Thank God for Simmons when it comes to the NBA. I will now light myself on fire after having had to admit that. Bad times.

I can't believe I read that tome start to finish. East of Eden doesn't have that many words. But it entertained me. First time I've ever read Simmons start to finish. He loves his pop references.

Totally agree on all points. I think Simmons and Easterbrook must be having a "word count" contest. But it was entertaining, wasn't it? The NBA is definitely Simmons' wheelhouse. That was the best thing I've read on the NBA yet in this past offseason or young season.
