    In La Grande, "culture" is something used to make homemade cheese, preferably from milk produced by cows right there on the family property.

    The cheese is occasionally served on burgers made from those same cows. :D

    For some reason, that made me laugh. Reminds me of the scene in Dharma and Greg when their friend feeds a bit of Thanksgiving turkey to -- a rescued turkey!
