    The judge was carrying?

    The prosecutor said Bruzzese was shoved to the ground during Monday's attack. Courthouse video shows the judge and Richmond firing about five times each, Jefferson County Sheriff Fred Abdalla said.

    I get that. It just seems like an interesting detail that should be expressly stated. Or, I wonder if it's an error and it was to refer to the probation officer who shot the father.
