    Salt Lake City
    Carson City
    Phoenix
    Santa Fe
    Austin
    Honolulu
    St. Paul
    Des Moines
    Atlanta
    Indianapolis
    Lansing
    Madison
    Annapolis

    I've been to 48 of the 50 states but these are the only capitals in which I've spent any time; there are a few I've driven through but I won't count those.

    Montpelier's a cool little town when it's bustling. But for fun, go to the next town and watch a game at the Barre Auditorium during state-championship hoops. One of the top 10 places in America to watch high school hoops (USA Today).
