    Jerry Jones is pissed.

Adams must have someone waiting in the wings, right?

My biggest question is why would this happen now rather than a few weeks ago after he met with Adams? Maybe Adams tried to convince him to keep Young, but I doubt it.

I'm guessing Fisher will take a year off, but if I'm Gary Kubiak, I'm feeling a bit uneasy.

    Because Bud Adams is 105.

Still looks better than Al Davis.

I would love to see Mike Leach in the NFL. Or anywhere, really. Can't believe he isn't coaching.

If Fisher wants to work somewhere, he should get a job quickly.

Can the Browns fire Shurmur now and get Fisher?

Mike Leach would be laughed out of the NFL. He's no Mouse Davis.

La Canfora had a very good explanation for this.

It's like breaking up before the holidays. With the Senior Bowl and the offseason starting to swing into gear, they both realized they were going to actually have to try and work with each other -- and it wasn't worth it.

So is there any chance Adams will reconsider and bring back Young? Would Young even want to return? As a Titans fan, kinda saddened to see Fisher go, but I think it's time for a fresh start. Whatever the case, I think it's gonna be a long time before the Titans make the playoffs again.
