Let me make myself clear...look, I understand what you guys mean, but I get tired of the oh, it's ONLY a cell phone. How many times does this guy get to steal cell phones?
Why is the crime rate of things like that lower in Arab countries?
Because there are consequences, no matter how small the crime.
