Starman justice catching on in Mexico

    The kids stoned a guy to death for stealing a cell phone and a bicycle.
    I guess the cops and the courts in that country can't be trusted to deal with criminals effectively.

    That's almost straight out of Kids. You know, only that dude just bumped into Casper and there weren't any stones thrown -- just a bunch of legs and a skateboard to the face.

    Honestly, had they SEEN him commit this crime, I'm not so sure I'd disagree with the result.

    I'd say judging from the crime and murder rate in places like Juarez, that is a very accurate description of the cops and courts in that country and just how useless they are.....
