    Ask to speak to someone in the retention department, then ask what is available. I whipped my current plan on them eight years ago (and Ms. Slappy into the same plan two years ago) and wouldn't think about changing.

    Sprint is offering a new employee referral plan but a) it's $30 more a month ($60) and b) you actually need an employee to refer you (the 3-digit ID number).
    Again, if any of you have the original SERO plan, DO NOT change it. If you need a new phone and you're out of contract, you can get a new phone and keep SERO.
