    Would say Mardi Gras, New Orleans-style, however ......... it can't be like it used to be.

    You could hang up some banana-themed curtains, put on a Buffett parrot-head, put on a yellow bikini, warm up the coconut-flavored lube, and invite Boots over. You wanted a cheap Spring Break? :)

    Got to suggest El Paso. It will be warm, it will be cheap and if you have a passport you can go to Juarez. What more could you want?
