    They'll be making a decision by the end of this week or early next week.

    Isn't AZ one of those states where you have to show proof of citizenship to get a license? That is the only possible hurdle I can imagine toward trading in one state license for another. Of course, what business doesn't require your proof of citizenship anyway as part of a full-time hire?

    I was going to say that perhaps their group insurance policy required AZ DLs but then again you'd have to think at least a few company employees live on the California side of the river.

    This position was just filled. There was another opening, but that position has been frozen by management.
