I broke my cardinal rule this morning about watching Sportscenter, but my home internet was down, and I needed something with my early morning coffee.

This morning's Sportscenter Top 10 plays

    8 basketball-related plays

    8 dunks

One actually centered around a guy hustling into the stands. I wonder if it would have made it if the result wasn't a dunk.

Thanks in large part to the WWL, we've got:

-- basketball highlights without any apparent plays, just dunks

-- NFL highlights that are 90% preening, 10% playing

-- 4-hour baseball games where stepping out and styling is more important than swinging the bat

-- Auto racing highlights consisting mostly of drivers climbing fences and doing donuts

Unwatchable is a generous description. Need I go on?

Funny... I never saw any racing, baseball or football highlights last night. I swore it was just NBA.

    SportsCenter dumbassery? Is't that redundant?

    And repetitive.
