Tirico and Jaworski are very good together. They need someone else.....not Gruden......like a Mike Ditka.........to be in the booth with them.

Another thing; What's with every sideline reporter being female?

EVERY. I can't name one of them that isn't.

NBC Sunday Night Football; Al Michaels, Cris Collinsworth, Andrea Kremer
ABC Monday Night Football; Mike Tirico, Ron Jaworski, Jon Gruden, Michelle Tafoya
CBS College Football; Verne Lundquist, Gary Danielson, Traci Wolfson
ABC College Football/ESPN College Football; Holly Rowe, Wendi Nix, Erin Andrews

I know Todd Harris used to do some, but haven't seen or heard from him in quite a while.

Last regular male sideline guy I remember is Jack Arute.

I noticed that last night (10/14). They were up close and personal. Then she said something about being from Oswego (NY). She wouuld have been hell on wheels at Broadwell's.

I like Van Pelt. And I like Everett's knowledge of the PNW and how he can slip a Washington/Oregon/Idaho point of reference in there once in a while.

I think the days of having a male sideline reporter are over.

Too bad Kilborn isn't there. I'd like to see him and Everett paired.

Also, for shits and giggles, pair Everett and Charlie Steiner for the laugh fest.

Steiner starts at the 50-second mark.

I think there was a thread or two on this last year when it came out. Maybe it was during your sabbatical?

My favorites: Van Pelt, Jay Harris (shut up, Trey), Neil Everett, John Anderson. Cohn's grown on me. I really like Beadle, but I get the feeling I'm in the minority on that, at least among women.

Among the analysts, I really like Dilfer (which absolutely kills me to type). I'm partial to Marcellus Wiley on NFL, and I actually really like most of the BBTN guys.

Marcellus Wiley is sharp. Only thing that caught my attention maybe two or three weeks ago is when he and Sage were doing an NFL segment, and after he spoke eloquently for 3-4-5 minutes he said something to the effect, "And you look nice, Sage" followed with a shit-eating grin. I think it caught Sage off-guard.

    Wiley is very good.

And maybe Melrose can't coach, but he's good sitting in Bristol.

WTF? Mark Schlereth. Master of the Obvious.

Barry led my Kings to the promised land once, so he'll always be good in my book.

As for his analysts role, he's top-shelf.
