    Haven't heard anything back yet either Steve. Had a good talk with him on the phone last week, he said it was the first time he had ever hired anyone before.

    Am told there's been white smoke spotted, but that was a few days ago pending publisher approval...

    And if the guys who didn't get the job need a hug, imagine what those who didn't get an interview need?
