Sports Writer/Photojournalist - The Journal (Martinsburg, WV)

The Journal, a seven-day paper in the booming Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia, seeks a full-time sports writer/photojournalist to join a small but productive award-winning staff. The coverage area includes some high school with exceptional athletic programs as well as a strong Division II university with sports teams that regularly advance to the playoffs. We are looking for a versatile candidate who can write, edit, shoot pictures and work with page designers, as well as pitch in on occasion to help out the news department.
