    The Paris News has a position open immediately for a full-time community oriented sports writer. Duties include covering local games and athletic events of all types for all ages, feature stories, some photography and design.     I know the publisher. Decent guy to work for. Also, apparently they have a replica Eiffel Tower sporting a Stetson, so there's that.

    Beef Real food in Paris .... Texas.
    Actually been there, well drove through and stopped at a diner. Was the only one without a big belt buckle in that diner.
