    I would add adhere to all the dumbass AP changes no matter how change for the sake of change they are. Like % instead of percent.

    According to APStyleBook.com, there is NO APOSTROPHE needed in writing boys or girls basketball or any other sport. Anyone who writes boys' or girls' basketball is WRONG! Boys or girls in this usage is descriptive: Basketball teams for boys or girls.

    Sorry. This is a huge pet peeve of mine.
