There was a sports opening in Hanford, Ca. That's near Fresno.

It is about 35 miles to Fresno. I don't have a link.

I didn't know Hanford had a paper, but ex-Journey crooner Steve Perry and former NHL enforcer Scott Parker - aka "The Sheriff" - hail from Hanford.

It's 15 minutes from Tahoe, what else do you need?

as someone who was once stationed at NAS Lemoore and lived in Lemoore (and coalinga), this is NOT close to Tahoe. if i remember right, tahoe is about 5 hours and change away. Fresno it is close to though, about 45 minutes pending how fast you drive up 99. we used to leave the clinic early once a week when the AAA Fresno Grizzlies were playing home games and go to the ball park. i actually had an E6 show up at the clinic for a physical once out of uniform (not allowed). i asked him where his uniform was and he responded he forgot his white undershirts. since the base exchange was not open yet, i gave him directions to walmart in hanford and told him to come back when he was in uniform.
