The Green River Star, a weekly newspaper in beautiful southwest Wyoming, is seeking a reporter to cover local high school and junior college sports. The ideal candidate would have some photography experience and have knowledge using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. Aside from sports coverage, duties include designing pages for the newspaper, some spot news and coverage of local events outside of sports. Green River is a prime location for people interested in outdoor recreation. The city is close year-round outdoor recreational opportunities, including world-class fishing opportunities at the Flaming Gorge Reservoir. Green River is also located within 200 miles of Salt Lake City, making a trip to the city an easy weekend getaway.
