I don't think he's actually trying to fool anyone. Mark's readily admitted that he's a racist, homophobic piece of shit. His continued presence here is an actual stain on the board, and beggars belief in the face of the "we're going to get more visitors, so we have to clean up our act" spiel that we got a couple years ago.

That is really disturbing about Mark.

Race is a very touchy subject at SportsJournalists.com. I hope that this is not true about Mark. I'd like to hear what he has to say about all of this.

We should all care about races, after all, as sports reporters, we cover our fair share of them.
    Amirite? ;)

Former Freedom paper, now part of AIM Media Texas. Not sure if that matters.

aside from the geography, you also described a lot of Los Angeles. So what's your point?

So, you're saying they opted not to become Oriolesville in the 1950s?

Fooling anybody? Never set out to fool anyone. It is what it is. If you would like to point out some factual inaccuracy in something posted, by all means do so.

Every community is going to have certain identifying characteristics. Brownsville is no different. Whether one likes or dislikes that is in the eye of the beholder.
