We seek a sports writer with proven writing and page design experience at the Stillwater News Press and stwnewspress.com. The News Press is an award-winning daily newspaper and online news site in Stillwater, Oklahoma. We cover Big 12 sports as the home of Oklahoma State University along with a thriving high school sports scene. At least one to two years of reporting experience desired. Position would also work shifts on the sports desk designing pages, so familiarity with InDesign or Quark is a must, along with copyediting abilities. Dedicated team players committed to producing interesting and informative copy should apply.
