If you are a team player who loves sports and has a passion for covering local athletes, The Argus Observer in Ontario, Oregon, has the position for you.

The award-winning, five-day-per-week newspaper is looking for a sports reporter to join its team. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling and photography skills, as well as ability to use social media to tell stories and a bachelor's degree in journalism or communications.

The Argus covers 10 local high schools in eastern Oregon and western Idaho, as well as Treasure Valley Community College.
