    That sums it up quite well. It's stunning to think Paxton paid that much for the Herald Sun.

    Yeah ... they probably didn't pay that much for all of the other papers combined ...

    And the DHS is probably nearing 15K-20K circ. now. Considering Paxton paid about $7-9 million in the late 1990s for The Daily Courier in Forest City, NC, that number is truly amazing. Even in a bad market, The Courier was probably about 10-12K when it was bought. Probably 4-5K now.

    Would like a little help from those here. Could someone enlighten me as to what InCopy is? I am versed in the rest, but that one is a newbie to me. Is it something akin to an Adobe version of NewsEdit? Thank you for any help.
