    Description:

    The Great Falls Tribune, a Pulitzer prize winning newspaper, is seeking a sports
    reporter to cover local and state sports. Applicants need ability to cover various
    sports and to write occasional projects; to follow news pertaining to beat by
    gathering information from a variety of sources and by developing those sources
    for on-going use; to participate in daily and/or weekly news meetings; suggest and
    develop story ideas; work with editors and copy editors to write accurate stories
    (factually accurate, correct style, spelling and no typos, etc.); to write informative,
    tightly written and organized stories; work with photographers to set up photo
    assignments; and participate in new or continuing Tribune projects or long-range
    reporting assignments. Some copy editing duties. Photography skills a plus.

    The Great Falls guys are good people. Jobs is mostly preps, but they knock it out of the park on their preps coverage, city, region and state-wide. Most of the staff has been there for a couple decades.
