    We're WAY off topic considering this is about a job in Valley City. Finding housing isn't too hard in that town.

    Outside of rent, the cost of living in Minot is pretty normal. All of us sportswriters live in OK places on our salaries, just pay about $200-$400 more than we should. I'm not seeing the disaster you're describing, KJIM.

    I work in disaster relief and with flooded homeowners who are still struggling to rebuild after a level-5 FEMA disaster. I see it differently.

    But yes, this is way off topic for Valley City.
