    I can't believe the things people complain about in the job application process. It sounds like the epitome of lazy and concerned about things that just shouldn't matter that much.

    If you want the job, you do have to jump through 1,000 hoops, or how ever many the employer wants. That's just the way it is.

    The basic, perfunctory information is just that, for file/personnel purposes, and someone in your prospective employer's office will want it, even though it may not be the same person who would only really be interested in your clips and resume.
