    To cover a broad spectrum of news and feature stories for high school sports and as applicable to the Sports section, as well as other departments and sections as assigned. Responsibilities include reporting, writing, data entry and assigning photos and graphics for the daily newspaper and special sections, and able to work quickly and handle other essential tasks as assigned.


    Required Experience/Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in journalism or related field is required.
    Newspaper experience is highly desirable.
    This individual must be accurate, organized, a critical thinker, very flexible, computer literate and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus.
