    FULL-TIME SPORTS REPORTER - Waynesville Daily Guide
    GateHouse Media - Camdenton, MO
    The Waynesville Daily Guide is seeking to fill a full-time Sports Reporter position for its print and online publications, publishing five times per week. This is a fast-paced one person sports department covering Waynesville and outlying communities. This position offers a full benefit package and competitive pay.

    This is an excellent position for a self-starter interested in building a career covering prep sports. Successful candidates must possess a four-year journalism degree or related course of study. Candidates must also be able to work on deadline, be proficient with camera and be comfortable working with video, online products and social media.

    The Waynesville/St. Robert area is home to one of the nation's largest military bases, Fort Leonard Wood, which offers excellent schools and great outdoor activities. Located within easy driving distance to St. Louis, Lake of the Ozarks and Springfield.
