Erfort is the SE in El Paso now and Gove has been back in Texas since '02 or so.

Thanks for the 6-year-old information, Tom Brokaw.

I mean, seriously, do you think every single one of us in here talkin about Gove has no clue or what?

What's Waller going to do in Abilene -- write or edit?

Fair enough. And thanks for pointing out that you are, in fact, the one who is clearly clueless on the matther. Good stuff.

Pretty sure he's not an editor ... my guess would be to fill the writer opening that was posted a while back. Nice guy and can crank out deadline copy with the best of em.

I tend to spend my time actually covering sports, not obsessing over the people that cover them.

With everything that's been said on here about Abilene, why would someone give up the Permian beat to go there?

No obsession here, friend ... I'm just, well, informed. And when I spout off about something I have absolutely no clue about, I usually try to make sure my information is no more than three years old at the most. I shoot for stuff that's outdated by about one or two years, though. I find that tends to be the most helpful and relevant.
