Sports producer for college football TV shows (Atlanta)

    Cox Media Group is looking for an experienced videographer/editor who can support the day-to-day online video needs Sports Vertical brands. The right candidate will be able to script, produce, shoot, edit and distribute digital video. They’ll manage a small studio and be comfortable in a high energy environment making videos/shows and fast edits of existing video for distribution on social media. Proficiency in Premiere Pro is essential. Some motion graphics / After Effects experience is preferred. This editor may also work with outside video vendors and train/coach editorial staffers on video production tools such as NewTek TriCaster and associated technologies. A passion and understanding of the online video space is required. The candidate should have experience with video publishing at an enterprise level preferably in a large media or entertainment company. Experience with the technology behind the acquisition, edit, encode, playback and streaming of live and on demand video is required. Experience with Wirecast , Facebook Live, and Periscope is a bonus. An understanding of video content publishing workflows, distribution methods and content strategies is preferred.
