    The Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette in Springdale, Ark., has an opening for a designer. One of our designers is leaving for a (stop me if you've heard this before) PR gig. If you have an interest, shoot me an email with resume and links to your work csouza@nwadg.com. The NWADG is a sister newspaper to the statewide Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. This position will have other pages besides sports, but we need someone with a sports background.
