My name is Darnell Dickson and I'm the sports editor at the Lincoln Journal Star. We are looking for a Sports Online Editor. Here's the ad (although it still reads "Assistant Online Editor" on Monster.com):

"The Lincoln Journal Star is seeking a creative and innovative Sports Online Editor to head up one of Lee’ s most successful sports franchises, huskerextra.com. This editor will build article pages, edit content (both text and video), write headlines and cutlines and publish breaking news to the home page. The duties include occasional supervisory editing and copy desk editing and other duties as assigned.
The assistant online editor works with peers on a rotating schedule, including occasional or regular evening shifts, holiday and weekend shifts.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in journalism, at least 1-2 years experience with copy editing and/or online experience. Must be able to edit stories, cutlines and other content for completeness, clarity, tone and legal liability. Must be comfortable making decisions, sometimes on less than complete information as stories develop. Must enjoy enhancing and improving the work of others through editing and presentation. This position is well suited to editors who can work quickly, handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and communicate quickly and clearly to peers, reporters and other editors. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with computer work and interested in learning new programs in the rapidly changing online world.
Lincoln is a capital city, home to the University of Nebraska and the Huskers and is consistently ranked as one of the nation's best places to live -- literate, affordable and progressive.
Applicants must apply online at journalstar.com/app/workhere/
The Lincoln Journal Star offers exciting career opportunities and competitive salary. This position is a full-time career opportunity offering a highly competitive compensation package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) plan and paid time off.
We are a drug-free workplace and all applicants considered for employment must pass a post-offer drug screen and background check prior to commencing employment."
