The Sports Media Exchange, a new content-for-hire sports journalism service, is seeking highly qualified and experienced sports writers to join its database. Our clients require writers with significant college, pro or Olympic experience. The Sports Media Exchange provides exclusive content to sports media organizations, in print and online. Writers in our database will be eligible for assignments.

As the way that newspapers and media outlets change the way they are doing business, we believe there is a great opportunity for sports writers to find plenty of work right in their own hometowns. Our goal is to match experienced writers with sports media outlets that have coverage gaps to fill. Though fewer sports news organizations have the budget to travel with local teams at all levels, they still need good, quality coverage of teams from the road.

The Sports Media Exchange is the brainchild of three sports journalists who bring 50+ years of experience in both writing and editing to the table.
