You know, I would buy that. Zeke is a good bio subject.

I know he isn't an Icon but Ron Artest would be interesting study to say the least.

If any book publishers want to shower me with offers, I would be more than happy to give the David Maraniss treatment to Bob Knight. Yeah, a lot has been written about him, but "Season on the Brink," good as it was, doesn't count as a definitive biography.

I own it, read it, it's great.

    Sirs, Madames,

I always imagined there was more to mine on Bjorn Borg.

    YHS, etc

Let me guess: "Beyond The Glory."

He's misunderstood and mixed up. Battled against adversity his whole life, just trying to Keep It Real, and The Man still tries to keep him down.

    Yadda yadda, blah blah.

Wayne Gretzky has been a public figure in Canada since he was a little kid (and written about as much as any Canadian) but he's at least one hockey guy in need of a serious bio.

If you buy a signed copy for $500K, you get a Wimbledon Trophy thrown in.

He's not an icon, just a HOFer but I'd definitely read a Willie Stargell bio if someone came out with it. Working on reading Clemente right now, so maybe I just have the Pirates on my mind.

Oscar Robertson. Have seen a couple of lame attempts. Someone needs to do it right.

    I'd do the authorized bio.

"OK Wayne that's great. I just need a few hours with Janet and I'll be done."
