The Terrell Tribune, an award winning twice weekly newspaper, has an immediate opening for a sports writer/general assignment reporter with reporting, layout, photo and design skills for a one-person department. InDesign experience a plus, as is web and multi-media experience. This could be a great first-time job for a recent college grad or for a writer looking to expand their portfolio with a variety of experiences. Three years ago, the Terrell Tribune had an opening for a sports editor. Now, it's a sports/GA reporter? Any of you know what happened to make this something other than just a sports position? Is Todd Jorgenson still there? I know he started as the sports editor and then advanced to a higher position there.
