The Daily Globe, an award-winning southwest Minnesota daily, is seeking an energetic sports editor. Applicant must have strong writing, pagination and leadership skills. Must be proficient with Quark, and photography experience is strongly preferred. Our coverage area includes 20 high schools and one college. Worthington is really out there, though Sioux Falls is about an hour away. The last guy went to the Forum, which seems pretty decent. If I recall it's a small section, two people and only a couple of pages a night with extremely minimal wire content. Hardly seems like a mind-blowing job, but you could do worse.
